Description
The "elaborate (extend) stage allows Ss to apply their new labels, definitions, explanations, and skills in new skills in a new, but similar situations. It often involves experimental inquiry, investigative, projects, problem solving, and decision making. This is also a good time for extension for higher Ss and interventions of actualize research studies about the model.
On this side as the name describes, is the time in which Ss will practice what they learned.
The teacher gives Ss new information that extends what they have been learning in the earlier parts of the learning steps. The teacher also poses problems that Ss solve by applying what they have learned. The problems include too many examples, that kind of example could be like the test at the end of the chapter.

Observation: Ss can actively make observations, collect, analyze and synthetize information, and draw their own conclusions developing each activities specially the ones that require problem solving skills.
